Thank you so much for shopping our Christmas collection! Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

PERSONALISATION

All of our Christmas items are made to order and can be personalised using the options shown on each product listing. Please make sure all names, ages, dates and wording are entered exactly as you would like them to appear, including spelling and punctuation.

Once your order has entered production, we may not be able to make changes, so please double-check all details before checking out.

DESIGNS & COLOURS

Many of our designs can be adapted to suit you! If you would like a different colour scheme or small design changes, please leave clear details in the personalisation/order notes.

If you are looking for something specific that you cannot see on the website, please get in touch before ordering and we will let you know if we can help.

PHOTO PRODUCTS

For products requiring photographs, please send the clearest, highest-quality images possible via social media or email. Screenshots, blurry photographs or images downloaded from social media may print at a lower quality.

Please also make sure important parts of the photograph are not too close to the edges, as some cropping may be required to fit the design.

HANDMADE & MADE TO ORDER

Our personalised items are individually designed and made to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may occasionally be very slight variations between items.

✨ Glitter, embellishments, ribbons and other finishing details may also vary slightly depending on availability, but we will always keep them as close to the original design as possible.

CHRISTMAS TURNAROUND TIMES

Christmas is our busiest time of year, so turnaround times may be longer than usual during particularly busy periods.

Please order as early as possible, especially for items needed for a specific date. Any Christmas order deadlines will be clearly announced and updated throughout the festive period.

If you need an item urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate it.

DELIVERY

Please remember that our turnaround time is the time required to make and dispatch your order and does not include the courier’s delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control. During the Christmas period, postal networks can experience delays, so we strongly recommend ordering in plenty of time.

Where tracking is provided, you will receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

ORDERING FOR A SPECIFIC DATE?

If your Christmas item is required for a particular date — such as a Christmas party, Christmas Eve, a December birthday or a trip — please leave the date you need it for when ordering.

This helps us prioritise orders appropriately, although leaving an occasion date does not guarantee delivery by that date.

We cannot be responsible for mistakes in personalisation details supplied to us at the time of ordering.

CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINES

Our final recommended Christmas ordering dates will be announced closer to Christmas. These may vary depending on the product and delivery method.

Please do not leave personalised Christmas orders until the last minute — ordering early is always recommended. 🎅🏼✨

All That Glitters Cards

Each card is printed on high quality cardstock and hand finished.

please only write what you would like wrote on the front of the card or item in the personalisation box

card details:

• A4 size and A5 sizes available

• includes plain white envelope unless sleeve is added on (no envelope will be supplied for popup cards)

• A5 cards ordered with a gift bag will be supplied with a small gift bag suitable for the A5 card size.

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. To help us ensure your order arrives in plenty of time, please enter the date of your occasion in the box provided when placing your order.

Although we always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, knowing your required date allows us to prioritise orders during busy periods and helps ensure your item is with you in time for your special occasion.

If your needing your order sooner please contact us via email or Instagram to let us know, we will try and accommodate any rush orders.

We cannot be held responsible for orders arriving after the date needed or if you don’t contact us before hand for a rush order.

As all of our cards are made to order and personalised, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with the personalisation, please contact us within 48h of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
