As all of our cards are made to order and personalised, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with the personalisation, please contact us within 48h of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Please double-check all spelling, dates and wording before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for spelling errors provided by the customer.
