includes plain white envelope unless sleeve is added on (no envelope will be supplied for popup cards)
A5 cards ordered with a gift bag will be supplied with a small gift bag suitable for the A5 card size.

As all of our cards are made to order and personalised, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error with the personalisation, please contact us within 48h of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
